Yes ;) The office telephone diverts to our mobiles and, if we are in a suitable situation, we will answer. If you send an email or Facebook message, we will respond as soon as we can, normally within a few hours
As far as possible, all of the balloons that are on the web site are in stock. We try to update stock on the site frrequently. We may only have limited numbers per style, but, if time permits, we can usually get more
Normally, yes, during published opening hours.
We may be able to help at other times (Sundays, Bank Holidays etc,) but this will vary. Please message us & we will do our best to help
Normally we can provide a service to help. You can fill your own balloon in our shop using our helium.
However, you must do this yourself. We will not take any responsibility for the quality of your balloon in any way. You will have to pay for the helium even if your balloon bursts or goes flat straight away.
Every case would be treated individually. Balloons come in all shapes and sizes & take different amounts of helium to fill.
We will let you know the fee once we have physically seen them.
If you want to send us the dimensions of the balloon, we will estimate accordingly vas best we can then confirm when we have seen them.
Please remember, you fill the balloon with our helium and you have to pay for the helium even if your balloon bursts or goes flat straight away.
We are around most expected times, but please be advised that we will be on a skeleton staff basis (appointments only) From 3rd Jan 2026-23rd March 2026.
If you suspect you will need balloons during this time, please give us as much notice as possible & we will do our best to help
